I am delighted to announce that I have recently completed my training with the outstanding "The Gel Bottle" (TGB) company. This Guild-accredited course has provided me with extensive knowledge in Builder in a Bottle (BIAB), Gel Manicure, and Gel Extensions. I look forward to offering these services and ensuring that you feel relaxed and pampered during your visits.

A little about my background: I spent over 13 years in the NHS, starting as a healthcare assistant before earning my degree in Health Studies and subsequently my Adult Nursing Degree. Nursing has been a deeply fulfilling career, and I truly love working within this role however, as a new mum, I am eager to establish a flexible working routine that benefits both me and my clients.

I am particularly passionate about supporting adults who may reside in care environments, nursing homes, hospices, or anyone who may have difficulty leaving their home.

Builder in a Bottle

Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) is a nail-strengthening gel polish that's applied as an overlay on natural nails. It's similar to regular gel polish but has a thicker consistency that dries into a stronger, more durable layer. BIAB can help nails grow steadily and lessens the chances of snapping or breakage.


Recommended for weak or brittle nails, nail biters, and clients who struggle to grow their nails. BIAB can be left nude or with gel colour.

Gel Manicure & Gel Extensions

A gel manicure is a cosmetic nail treatment that uses a special gel polish that's cured with a UV or LED lamp to create a shiny, long-lasting manicure.Gel manicures can last for up to four weeks and are more durable and hard-wearing than regular nail polish. They can also be used to strengthen natural nails or lengthen nails with tips.


Gel extensions are a type of nail enhancement that can make nails look longer and stronger, and are similar to acrylic nails.

Hand & Arm Massage

Having completed a Hand and Arm Massage course alongside TGB’s spa workshop, I offer an additional layer of care. This service can be especially advantageous for individuals experiencing Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Joint Pain or poor circulation


The benefits of hand and arm massage include relaxation, improved sleep, enhanced skin elasticity, reduced muscle tension, soreness, and fatigue, while nourishing tissues and promoting healing throughout the body.
